Carol Thomas is a former England player who made history by leading the Lionesses to a Euro final and being the first women’s international player to reach 50 caps. During her remarkable 9 year captaincy, England won the 1976 Pony Home Internationals and competed in the 1981 Portopia Festival in Japan.
